Eat for grace follows similar eating regimes that you have seen out there on the marketplace, (no processed foods, no refined sugar, no alcohol etc.) where it differs is in the approach to eating: how we speak to ourselves during this process, how kind we are towards ourselves and others, how we feel about our bodies and watching how our mind reacts. This process of thought is as important as the foods you consume.
Eat for Grace aims to gently uproot your eating patterns and asks you to examine what has been a years-long-in-the-making of a unique human being, permeated with information from your genetics, your upbringing and your lifestyle. Eat for grace is as much about your tone, your voice, your energies and how you choose to spend your time as it is about what you put into your mouth.
Over the course of the 30 days, you will be guided by email thru grocery shopping, pantry and fridge essentials, meal prep organization, recipes to follow and lifestyle guidelines to make this process graceful and as easeful to your life as possible.
$75 for manual and 30 days of guidance.
