Spring Semester 2024 Physical Education SATURDAYS @ 9AM

Saturday Phys ed is a hybrid class consisting of cardio, meditation, breath work, stretching & alignment based moves drawn from the Pilates & Yoga lineages. Each class will have specifically curated music & moves that are created with the intention to provide you with embodiment, awareness to form & to connection to self. Class is intentionally created for all levels of every physical scope and ability.

Pricing is $250 for the Spring 2024 semester which includes 10 classes, mats and props. Each class is approximately 65 minutes.

Dropping in? $40 for single class.


MARINA TEACHES THE CLASS . . .

The Class is a fun and challenging workout that combines strength-training, cardio, and mindfulness to help you feel better.The practice is mat-based and music-driven. We repeat one move per song to create sensation in the body and observe our thoughts. In any given Class students can expect guided instruction and a carefully curated playlist to lead them through exercises they are familiar with such as—squats, jumping jacks, and burpees.

The result is a mental clearing and emotional release. Through continued practice, students develop tools to empower their life, along with an incredibly strong, resilient, body.
